1 Item, 3 Ways: Midi Pencil Skirt

I love taking pieces I own and pairing them different ways for different occasions. I feel like I get so much more out of my closet this way!

Today I had so much fun taking one item and transforming it into three very different outfits. Enter: The Suede Pencil Midi Skirt

I love the midi length of it, and it’s so stretchy, it’s an all around comfortable option that still looks put-together and absolutely fab!

Work Look:

For my work outfit I paired the skirt with a striped top (Gap), a jacket with gold zippers and hardware (Pseudio), nude pumps (Le Chateau), a gold watch (Michael Kors) and simple gold studs (Charming Charlie).

The heels and skirt length are super appropriate for the office, while the slightly cropped-length top and gold-adorned jacket keep the look fresh and fun!

Casual Look:

For a casual weekend look I paired the skirt with a slouchy grey sweatshirt (Forever 21), half tucked in with sleeves rolled haphazardly, a denim vest (Vero Moda), grey ankle boots (Town Shoes), an awesome deer head necklace and dainty bracelets

The booties are flat, the sweatshirt is comfy, and the vest adds for some layering and extra warmth. Add in a topknot and caffeinated drink, and voila! a
perfect weekend ensemble!

Party Look:

Holiday parties, here I come with this party look! I paired the pencil skirt with this adorable crop top with metallic silver flecks through it (Pseudio), large statement
necklace, gold watch (Michael Kors) and black wedges (Payless).

A statement necklace really elevates this look to the next level, top it off with some red lips and shoes that give the outfit some oomph without being hard to walk in, and you’re set to dance the night away!

Hopefully this gave you some ideas as to how versatile a piece of clothing can be!
